We have developed a novel process to prevent the significant loss of knowledge and the associated value in many organizations today as a result of changes in workforce demographics, attrition of mature staff with critical knowledge of operations and business processes and a continual turnover of staff and loss of company know how.

Use this tool to build simple building blocks of specific knowledge extracted using the knowledge capture methods. These building blocks (knowledge modules) embody tactic and explicit knowledge in text, audio and visual media based on our knowledge acquisition criteria. This information management techniques allows for real knowledge and useful information to be accessed without having to employ complicated indexing systems. The interface is entirely visually based and intuitive for anyone to use and access valuable and relevant knowledge. The technology is truly flexible and adaptable to any business environment and knowledge capture need.
