I-Quantum Solutions are supporting a Maintenance and Reliability (M&R) improvement project as part of their Operations Excellence program
across the East Region business unit which covers assets in Mississippi and Alabama. The Maintenance and Reliability program includes:
- Initial assessment and gap analysis of Maintenance and Reliability performance of the DRI operations using our COMPASS™
process and web software application.
- Development of an improvement plan to optimize the current preventive maintenance program.
- Validate and expand the equipment registers across 11 field operations.
- Update the registers with ISO 14224 equipment classification codes.
- Conduct site based equipment criticality reviews and assign rule based criticality rankings to secondary maintainable equipment.
- Development and optimization of preventive maintenance routines.
- Nesting and scheduling preventive maintenance routines for SAP CMMS.
- Preparation of data to enable upload to SAP.
