I-Quantum Solutions have successfully completed support to Hess Corporation on the development and implementation of their global
integrity management program which included some of the following activities:
- Development of integrity management guidelines to govern the corporate implementation and practices.
- Licensing and customization to meet Hess requirements of the i-Quantum Solutions VISUAL RISK™ software solution.
- Conduct equipment risk and criticality assessments across worldwide operations and new field developments.
- Integrity critical element identification.
- Preparation of asset equipment registers with ISO 14224 equipment class codes, criticality rankings and integrity critical element classifications.
- Assignment of rule based equipment criticality rankings to secondary maintainable equipment.
- Roll out of the Hess integrity management system guidelines and implementation.
- Development of the global document management system guideline and taxonomy.
- Development and cloud hosting of a Management of Change (MOC) custom software web application.
- Support for SAP CMMS uploads.
