I-Quantum Solutions have completed a full equipment risk assessment of the Stampede TLP facilities for Hess Corporations development project
in the Gulf of Mexic (GOM). This involved several facilitated risk assessment workshops of all systems and major equipment associated with
topsides, hull and subsea facilities for Stampede.
The risk assessment rankings for the systems were then used to assess and assign equipment risk and criticality rankings for all sub-ordinate equipment,
(instruments, valves, for example). I-Quantum Solutions proprietary software application VISUAL RISK™ was used to perform the risk assessment and provided
the data integrity and reporting necessary for the review. In addition, the maintenance priority codes are generated by the application for use in the Hess CMMS.
